Hand forged 8" dia. carbon steel egg spoon with a 24" handle, designed and handcrafted in Portland, Oregon USA. The handle and cooking dish are connected with hand-set copper rivets. The handle is hot beeswaxed for a durable and food grade finish. The cooking dish is seasoned with lard for a non-stick finish. Every piece is handmade and will have slight cosmetic variations.
